Twitter in 2022 has added a new feature to its Creator Monetization options: “Super Follower Only Spaces.”

Super Follower Only Spaces as a new feature, Twitter is making it easier for creators to grow their in-app communities by limiting access to these spaces to those who pay for a subscription.

According to Twitter:

Super Follows-only Spaces now allows creators to engage their biggest supporters through live audio in addition to Tweets.

These ‘Super Followers only’ Spaces will have their Spaces link color scheme altered and a note at the top indicating that it is a “Super Followers only” broadcast.”

They will sign up as a “Super follower,” which is free in Super Follower Only Spaces.

By allowing others to view a preview of your exclusive spaces and see who has subscribed, you could potentially increase your subscriber base. 

Can I share Super Follows Tweets in Super Follower Only Spaces?

As a Super Follower, you can Retweet and Quote Tweet Super Follows Tweets.

Only other Super Followers will see Retweets, shared links, or Direct Messages of Super Follows Tweets.

Non-subscribers pay and see comments in a Quote Tweet, but will have instructions to Super Follow the creator in order to see the Super Follows Tweet.

What is the cost of Super Follows?

The person you Super Follow can set their monthly subscription price to $2.99, $4.99, or $9.99.

May I receive a refund?

Unless required by law, Super Follows subscriptions, including those linked to suspended Twitter accounts or accounts to which you lost access for any other reason, are non-refundable.

With regards to Super Follower, Twitter continues to experiment with monetization features.

All that is in order to encourage top creators to devote more time to the app using Super follower
